I'm trading Autreche's Draft 7.30 and Whiney has offered the following albums as possible trades...

Coldplay
Turin Brakes
Audioslave
new Cursive B-sides comp
System Of A Down
the Mates of State DVD,
Peppermints
Bob Mould
Dead 60s
Fruit Bats
Warlocks
Kinski
Band Of Bees
Gomez live
Head Of Femur
Sally Crewe

I assume they are all the latest releases by those artists, so what one do I pick? Over to you Obner.

I'd probably go for the Kinski or the Gomez.

Warlocks or Bob Mould (depending on the Mould)

If the bob mould is either "Workbook" or "Black Sheets of Rain" (which is unlikely) take it. Otherwise, I've heard decent things about Sally Crewe (think guys from spoon were involved with her first album) but haven't heard her album. Other than that, I'd say ask for a new list cause most of those aren't worth the postage you'd pay for the trade.

If Kinski is "Airs Above Your Station," it's not nearly as exciting as its title.

It's interesting as a curio (because of the involvement of Britt Daniel and Jim Eno), but it's pretty undistinguished girl pop. Reminds me of old tick-tock new wave girl bands like the Catholic Girls, but not quite as good. I know for a fact that Konstaninl would hate it.
