Then I'd just be this giant walking mold machine.

But I still love cheese.

And I'm bored and thought I'd contribute something to this board.

I love me some cheese too and with a few exceptions just about any kind will do.

I do know quite a few people who have major issues with the stuff and won't go anywhere near it.

It's all about the Pepper Jack cubes.

It's the one constant on my plate at a wedding reception.

I'm also a big fan of hickory smoked cheddar and a little summer sausage.

There is a fucking awesome cloud that looks like a Challenger-style explosion outside my window and I didn't bring my camera today. Drat.

The lady who had her party here last night had a hundred dollar friggin cheese plate here.

I've been eating all different kinds all day so far that were leftover. I need to stop.

And you'll never poop.

Actually, I was in a band in college that had a song called "Cheese".
The verse lyrics were improvised by the bassist... various rants about cheese over a dreamy, psychadelic soundscape. Then we started thrashing over an F to F# change and all chanted together:

CHEESE!
CHEESE!
I like cheese!
Fermented curd
Cheese is the word!
A dairy product; it comes from cows
CHEESE!!!

(silence, before Eric came back in with the line...)
But it's really mold.

One of our most popular songs, along with a country/punk/klezmer instrumental I wrote called "Leo Goldberg's 2-Step".

We sucked but we also had a lot of fun.

Yeah, that really did need to be changed to 'love'.

Thanks Jen, now I've got to go raid the refrigerator. ;)

If you eat cheese all day, you better eat fiber all night.

Cheese is good, though. Especially considering it's mold.

My wife and I love cheese very much.

One of our phrases of endearment is "I love you more than cheese."

To which the other responds, stricken, "Even parmesan?"

mmm . . . cheese.

Back in college when I was schlepping pizza around, I took a guy's order one nite who asked if I could bring some extra "parmelian" cheese.

To this day I dunno how he got from "parmesan" to "parmelian" .

And to this day, Mrs. Dawg & I still call it that.
