alfie certainly didn't ever hurt anyone. i kinda wish they had, as it stands they provide a pretty decent example of pussified indie rock tho.

I doubt Alfie would claim they've ever tried to be rock. Coldplay might claim that but not Alfie.

Yes Bee owns two Alfie albums, as they are or were signed to Badly Drawn Boy’s label. I got them both really cheap at Amoeba for about $5 and never really got into either one of them.

don't get me wrong, i listen to a lot of wussy shit. I'm just saying to catagorize all of indie rock by that stuff is grossly misleading.
