I'm guessing Lockstock?

You know, I can never figure out in photoshop how to make the images very big size-wise. I know that there's a 120 by 120 constraint, but I can't figure out how to make the images look bigger while keeping that 120/120 the same.

Maybe cut out a smaller portion of the picture?

Yeah, but when I'm working with digital photos, the resolution is so great that cutting off a smaller portion of the picture means that you can no longer make out what it is!

You don't have to cut out a 120x120 portion - just cut out whatever portion is indispensible, then resize that part to 120x120.

I wanted to vent about avatars.

I haven't been able to find one to settle on lately.
