Currently, What Deener Was Talking About is our only ween song, but I think Bananas And Blow would be next.

edit: forgot Piss Up A Rope. Always a great closer, along with Fuck Her Gently by the D.

Poopship off Paintin' The Town Brown is 26:07. That'd be most of your set right there. Just go "Thank you...we are Ween!" about four hundred times and simulate feedback with your acoustic.

I would think Busty & Squirrgle skew more toward the Scud Mountain Boys version, than Cher's original.

I have a few more suggestions, if it's not too late:

"Right Down The Line" - Gerry Rafferty
"I Just Can't Help Believing" - B.J. Thomas
"The Things We Do For Love" - 10cc
"I'm Not Gonna Let It Bother Me" - Atlanta Rhythm Section
"Spiders and Snakes" - Jim Stafford
"I Can Help" - Billy Swan (be sure to place extra emphasis on the line, "It would sure do me good to DO YOU GOOD.")
"Stand Tall" - Burton Cummings
"Hot Rod Lincoln" - Commander Cody & His Lost Planet Airmen
"Chick-A-Boom (Don't Ya Jes' Love It)" - Daddy Dewdrop
"Thunder Island" - Jay Ferguson
"Whatcha Gonna Do" - Pablo Cruise
"Come and Get Your Love" - Redbone
"Smoke From a Distant Fire" - The Sanford-Townsend Band
"Sweet City Woman" - Stampeders

Greg Kihn "The Breakup Song"

We had broken up for good just an hour before
Uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh

Culture Club " Do You Really Want To Hurt Me?" ...say no more

Pretenders "Back on the Chain Gang" good strum and vocal parts for Busty, tasty licks and oohs and aahs for the Cap'n

Some classic metal would go over great, I think:
"You've Got Another Thing Coming" - Judas Priest

Dude, you're really helping man. Thanks a lot.

I never knew this song was about Nick Drake until this year.

Dream Academy's second album is very good, by the way, not that anyone bought it.

...nor did I, till now. Interesting.

Isn't "Hello It's Me" from Todd to some chick in his band he had a crush on?

There was a guy who came round the synthpop concerts and did acoustic covers of 90's synthpop classics like "Non-Stop Violence" and "Kathy's Song (Come Lie Next To Me)" (I think -- it was either that, or the other big synthpop dancefloor number with a girl's name in it -- Jim, help me out here). Plus, almost (if not) all of Depeche Mode's songs were written on an acoustic guitar (check out the acoustic version of "Love, In Itself", for example).
