tonight - no plans as of yet, but I'm sure it will feature friends and booze.

tomorrow - finish painting my house. a project I started 2 weeks ago. all of my friends will be out of town, so it will probably be a quiet night with mrs. oldbulee

sunday - mom' s birthday. so I'll go to her house and celebrate

Tonight: Looking like Cinderella Man late show and a decent nights sleep

Saturday: Hopefully getting my oil changed and tires rotated in the morning. My annual company outing is Saturday so I'll be going to the Braves/Orioles game. Pretty sweet, Lexus level seats and a free lunch at the 755 club. Plus, Lexus level serves liquor drinks.

That evening could involve a guy from work openly having a "kegger" at his place post-game. Maybe hitting bars.

Sunday: Lounging by the pool, recovery.

Last Night: Mobile BayBears baseball game (Padres AA Afilliate) in a fine suite, with a waitress and all. $1 Beer night. This ruled very, very hard. The suites in Hank Aaron Stadium are UNDER the bleachers/stands, so when you walk outside of the suite, you are almost on the field. No exaggeration, 20 feet from homeplate.

Tonight: Apparently some S-Grade bowling expedition with a friend who is getting tomorrow.

Tomorrow: Moving during the day, wedding at night.

Sunday: AND NOW, WE MONGER

A date, Colin? You dog.

I'll be attending the OASIS concert this evening, at Boston's TWEETER CENTER, because my friends are going, the new album's supposed to be good, and it should be among the most ridiculous spectacles I've witnessed.

Last time I was there (the week before I moved to DC) I made an offhand comment about drinking a Martini..then ol Raz showed up and started ordering them by the handful. Openly blacked out in like the 6th inning.

Be careful.

Possibly seeing Antibalas tonight.

New Pornographers tomorrow.

With the money I'm not spending by going to free shows, I might go shopping for some much needed attire. Or not.

And maybe I'll give mongering a shot, but I don't see how I can fit it in to such a busy schedule.

You should monger AT these shows. You live in NYC..call "The delivery guy" get all yanked out, swill some Cuba Libres and get your leer on..then hit the shows feeling randy and ready whoop. (This is one form of mongering)

The tomorrow when your brain feels like its going to explode and you can't even keep dry toast down, crank the AC, put on something like Point Break, and order chinese food. Lots of it. Like 2 gallons of won ton soup. Get in the bathtub...pour the soup over your head, trying to grab wontons and throw them in the general direction of your mouth. Repeat as needed. (Another form of mongering)

Tonight - Getting in bad @ literally 6:30ish and watching T.V. till I fall asleep sometime around 6:33.

Tomorrow - Walk to the Farmers Market in the morning. Then probably head out to gf's cousin's lake house and chill lakeside for the day. Read "Naked" and bake in the sun. Come back to house and watch 2 episodes of Band Of Brothers.

Sun - Try to break some sort of mongering record.

Today: Get out of work at 1.Run to store and get groceries and stamps. Go home and chill out, take a nap. Pick up charlie from summer care at 2, or rather josh will. Go swimming. Maybe go to the Taste which is around the corner. See a movie. Have dinner. Watch a movie. Go to bed.

Tomorrow: Don't have a friggin clue. Hang with Charlie. GO to his last little league game. Come home and watch a movie, or movies. Read. GO to bed.

Sunday: Hang with my guys. Go to Taste for a bit. Go swimming with Charlie, josh and neighbor girl. Dinner at some point. I really don't know.

And basically just try to avoid the nasty heat all weekend.

Monday: DO NOTHING. It's my one true day off where it's all ME, ME , ME.

tonight: nothing. watchin some zombie movies and having some drinks in.

tomorrow: wash my car, then lounge poolside the rest of the day with bloody marys, then a cocktail/engagement party - the first time all 7 people in my immediate family have been together in 3 years, so it'll begood and shitty. This is followed by an impromptu birthday party for Cottonelle, followed by an old-fashioned pot party. there's a decent chance i will go blind by the end of this.

sunday: nurse hangover. watch more Danger Mouse, go the state park for a bit to throw the frisbee around, then dinner at my grandmother's house. then lots of TV.

Only thing I'm sure of is that we have a friend moving in this weekend, so probably just helping w/ that. She's decided to up and leave for LA, and her lease runs out like now, but she doesn't go till August, so she's taking one of the spare bedrooms.

Otherwise, the wife generally plans out 2 or 3 things for the weekend, tells her friends all about it, gets everything set, and then 10 minutes before we walk out the door, she casually says "oh, and get ready, we're going kayaking on the mississippi."

Plus, it's mere seconds away from a petting zoo and pedal boats. And the ticket covers the ferry over.
