recently since the new release of the new Collective Soul cd, iTunes and Napster have each had 3 exclusive acoustic and live tracks.
I have heard a rumor that Rhapsody has some too, but I can't seem to browse their library without becoming a member.

Before I do so, I'd like to know if they even have any.

Can someone report back and verify/ deny the rumors?
If there are any "exclusive tracks" what are they?

Does Rhapsody have copy protection on their mp3's like napster and iTunes?
Is it basically a download, burn and then rip procedure to be able to tote the file where I want?

Uhhh, I don't know. I've never burned. I use it to stream the things I'm going to buy but haven't yet, like Ike Reilly or the new Ted Leo. I'll also throw on one of the radio stations or go browsing. I like it, there's a good bit of stuff on there.
