I use BlueHost and have been very happy for the past year. HUGE amounts of space and transfer (I think 4gb space, 100gb transfer now?) very solid hosting (I've never seen an actual outage, only momentary ones once a month or so,) and the few times I've needed them, their support has been great. $6.95 a month.

yep - i use bluehost to host my photoblog. never had any problems. 1 or 2 minor outages in the last year.
