Stellastarr* -- new album details

Shawn, Amanda, Arthur and Michael collectively known as Stellastarr* have released some bits of info on their new album entitled Harmonies For the Haunted.

The U.S. Release date for the new album is August 23, international release date is not yet available. Sean McCabe is collaborating with them for our artwork on the record. He's done both Interpol's packages and the new Spoon cd (Gimme Fiction), as well as Asobi Seksu and Pascal. The final tracklisting is as follows:
1. Lost in Time
2. Damn This Foolish Heart
3. The Diver
4. Sweet Troubled Soul
5. Precious Games
6. Born in a Fleamarket
7. On My Own
8. When I Disappear
9. Love & Longing
10. Island Lost at Sea

So far we can confirm that they will be touring at the end of mid August/early September. One Los Angeles date has been announced through the El Rey Theatre site: WEDNESDAY, September 21 @ the El Rey Theatre. Tickets will go on sale this Saturday (7/9). That is all for now, further updates to follow.

Been spinning their debut a lot lately, I can't wait to hear the new one. I hope the Canadian release coincides with the US.
