Hey Adam, the deep end is waaayyy back there.

His first two albums are perfect, though.

Ant is a slight bit schizophrenic now. "Slight" meaning "hell of a lot."

But, yeah his first two records are great,

I don't think I have either of the first 2. (You do mean WITH the Ants, right?).

And, BTW... I love your username. THESE ARE THE TERMS!!!
Big Hüsker Dü fan, here. And yeah, Grant is sadly overlooked.

Yeah, with the Ants, though I like his first solo album a lot, too.

Dirk Wears White Sox and Kings Of The Wild Frontier are awesome, primal ridiculousness.

Stuart's not actually schizo, he's bipolar, but schizo's a funnier word.

Well between Adam Ant and XTC, there is no right or wrong.

Probably the first music artist who I knew more than one song of would be Adam Ant. I was about 6 years old when he had his string of No.1 singles (in the UK at least) and I remember the videos especially made a big impact on me.

I just listened to several Adam Ant tracks this week. Pretty fun stuff. The emphasis was certainly on rhythm. Not sure who was banging the toms, but they kept him busy. Adam Ant was a Malcolm McLaren creation no?

Yep, there's at least one maybe two chapters about McLaren and Adam Ant in the post punk bible 'Rip It Up And Start Again' who's author I've forgotten. Good read.
