Bears with Krenzel.....7-7, edinger missing the go-ahead field goal

as soon as he left things went downhill

if he would've played the whole game the Bears would've won.

Consequently, if Vinny plays the first half, we lose 31-7. Krenzel is no answer to any question I'm asking... and the score's still 21-7 even if he plays. The Dallas O line just blew our defense out of the water. And their defense, which is almost as bad as ours yardage wise, looked like the Ravens.

The D/ST had been covering up many holes this team has... now, they're out in the open. Whatever, Lovie has them playing over their heads as it is... hopefully they're healthy next year.

I don't want to go over the line here, so I'll just say I couldn't disagree with this post more.

You can disagree all you want... we're both Bears fans here. I just don't understand how you can even conceive the Bears being successful with Krenzel at QB. What has the guy done outside of one bomb to Berrian in the SF game and a brief glimmer in the NYG game? He's horrendous. And these last two are against the 26th and 31st rated defenses in DAL and IND.

Now, how bout the Sox? Did you see that Randy/Arizona turned down Konerko and Garland for Unit earler in the week? I'm not sure what AZ is looking for but they won't see a better deal.

I never said the Bears would be successful with Krenzel.

I said the Bears would have beaten the Cowboys if Krenzel had played the whole game. 3rd quarter was Krenzel vs. Testaverde and the Bears would've taken the lead on a field goal. Krenzel can't win a game, but he certainly won't LOSE you game. Know what I mean?

Grossman is a fine starter, and we'll be fine when he's back. No one will even utter the words "Craig Krenzel" in the context of the NFL after this season

As for the Sox....blah. We are locked into two DHs (Thomas and Everett) for another season and we still don't have a 4th or 5th starter (I'm so done with Garland). At least Valentin is gone....his salary was a drag on us for the last couple of years.

Easy smartguy, the fact the fucko only got three attempts should say something about your team, no?

I appreciate the fact that you are a homer for your team, but face facts, they lost to the Cowboys...so the Bears really do SUCK.

why would a backup running back get more than 3 attempts if the starter was in there? do you even know what you're talking about?

Oftentimes, I have no idea what I am talking about. Football is usually not one of those times. Even starters get spelled for significant numbers of downs. Maybe not this time, but I'm just saying, if holmes was any good maybe he'd play. You did see both Eddie George and Julius Jones get carries for the Boys, yes? I would suspect that George is the starter, but Jones still caried some of the load. AFuckingMazing how that works, innit.

Again, methinks you are madder at us for badmouthing your team than anything else here. Acceptance of facts will set you free, my man.

I'm not "mad" at anyone

I just know my team is a lot better than anyone is giving it credit for.

I am a CHICAGO fan. We do NOT overvalue our teams!

You know what, SCREW YOU. I agree with Spade and Quichie. The Bears are a great team with an excellent QB, impressive special teams and a rightous running back... and the Cowboys beat their brains out. WE ROCK!

Well, I have been pretty drunk for the better part of the week ;)

I only watched the second half, so I wasn't sure who was starting, and frankly didn't really give a fuck.

Anyway, we're not really even argiung about anything, so let's just agree to disagree or something. And, hey, I'll be rooting for a highly overrated (espec. at the beginning of the year) team tomorrow when me and Derris and Co. go watch the Bulldawgs crush the hated Yellow Jackets.

One of the worst thing about being any kind of sports fan is when you KNOW your team should be better, and they just don't live up to your expectations. Happens to UGA football fans just about every stinkin year.

Yup... the Erik Kramer formula. I would love to see what can be done with Terrell gone... let's give Gage a chance. I bet our QBs would look better with 83, 86ed.

As for JG, you mean this won't be his breakout year? How many years have we been hearing this? With Jose and Maggs gone, there better be some nice signings... that's a lot of freed up money. But, I'm sure well be treated to 65 games with Everett in RF.

i honestly can't believe you guys are still trying to convince us that the bears are a "pretty good" team. the cowboys looked god awful, and you still couldn't produce a TD on them. AND your "great" defense has now allowed almost 500 yards rushing in TWO games.

sorry spade and quiche, the bears might be the worst team in the league right now.

you're right...i forgot that the cowboys looked incredible out there yesterday. oops, and i also forgot that julius jones only had 150 yards rushing, edgerrin james only had 200 yards rushing, and rhodes only had 50 yards rushing. damn, that's only 400 yards rushing. the bears DO have a great defense!

let's bitch about injuries some more. that's always a convincing argument!

WORST TEAM IN THE LEAGUE.

Not even close. Sorry, bub. You're just flat out wrong. Bears gave up less than 300 total yards yesterday. I'll bet that half the teams in the league give up more total yards this sunday than that.

Maybe he can say something so offensive to Lovie, that when he is inevitably pulled from a game, he never playes another down for the team.

June Jones knows how to deal with these people, he learned from Howard Schnellenberger.

How can George score any worse than Quinn's ZERO Qb rating?

As a toxic locker room and team in general presence, and a known looking out for #1 and #1 only type of guy. I would play Tom Tupa over this guy.

In truth, George had only one encounter his whole career and that was with June Jones, one of the biggest dicks in all of football. How can he do any worse?
