Excerpt from a science fiction novel I'm currently reading.

Their view was that any creature that failed to respect the rights of others automatically forfeited it's own rights, up to and including the right to exist.

Not saying I'm down with this but I just finished reading this passage as I saw Loogar's post.

I can see the point behind this, but wouldn't this just really galvanize the billions of NON-TERRORIST muslims into really, really hating us? It would be the foundation for the 16th round of crusades or whatever the fuck they got up to back then.

can you imagine if someone targeted the vatican because of abortion bombings?

No, Loog, I was just using the excerpt to sorta back up your opinion that if they were to commit an atrocity like the one mentioned in your post they would most definitely NOT be respecting our rights and would then forfeit THEIR rights "up to and including the right to exist."

This is almost like my roommates idea to incorporate "Pig Bombs", usually pig carcasses full of explosives that send pig parts all over the damn place, or just swollen pig carcasses that blow up from all the decomposition gasses when they hit the ground.
