Ok, so a few weeks ago I picked up Sleater-Kinney's 'The Woods' for $3 in the discount bin. At the time, I wasn't sure if I'd like 'em cause I'd never heard any of their stuff before. This cd has grown and grown on me and I'm thinking I may want to get another of their albums. Any suggestions where to go from here?

1st Choice:

All Hands on the Bad One - easily their most accessible with great guitar interplay.

2nd:

Dig Me Out: definitely close to their punk roots, with passionate vocals with some killer melodies.

I'd get Dig Me Out or Hot Rock.

They're all excellent, I'd go in the following order:

Hot Rock
Dig Me Out
Call the Doctor
All Hands on The Bad One
One Beat
S/T

work backwards from All Hands to Call the Doctor. Then get the debut and One Beat when you feel like it.

this band seriously does not have an album that couldn't be considered exquisite.

I'm surprised that hasn't made it to an album cover.
