you made this up for show.

i did not. i'm dead serious. there's a stapler thief on this side of the office, because someone stole my other co-worker's stapler. shit gets stolen around here all the time. it's really retarded.

well I used to steal teacher's staplers and then return them broken a week later. because i rule and all.

And as punishment for that, the headmaster at your all-boys Catholic h.s. molested you?

Another way to deter people from stealing your pens is to carry one around in your mouth like Franklin Delano Roosevelt's cigarette holder.

This will make half the potential thieves disgusted.

Why would anyone steal a stapler? Do people still print stuff out and/or make copies?

Or are these terrorists accumulating weapons?

I couldn't write so much as a fucking laundry list with those piece of shit Zebras, we all know you just like them for the effective use of the metal tubing on top to sniff blow.

And, I brought at least 6 sharpies with me when I moved into Redlands (which I pilfered from my office) and I have one now. And you can tell which ones I have handled, because they are chewed all to shit.

Oh, and Dri, you are sitting on a GOLDEN opportunity here. Find a replacement cup, pick out a co - worker you hate, and plant it in there cube, or better yet, purse. Then get them fired for stealing.

I suggested a friend of mine do this to a member of Congress a few years ago, but he wouldn't go through with it.

I work in a small retail store and in the five months I've been there they've gone through three other employees, missing money problems and the complete meltdown of an employee in front of customers. I don't know how I'm still there and sane, because apparently no one makes it out of the place intact.

How so? Yes, I am genuinely curious. How could a device of such mandane-ness be "bad ass", as you say?

I just don't get it.

I had pizza stolen. well, so so much stolen as sampled. I had eaten about half of it (chicago classic from uno's... mmmmmm) and put it in the fridge in box with my name on it in BIG LETTERS. When I came back to get it, i thought "this box feels a little light, weird." Looking in the box I noticed that a full piece was missing and someone had taken a bite out of one of the remaining ones. WTF??

Somebody stole my Lean Cuisine out of the freezer a couple of weeks ago. Just for that, I'm going to gain 20 pounds out of spite...that'll show 'em!

I had a red, plastic cup at my old job (2 jobs ago, actually) for making fake coffee in. It went missing. Nobody fessed up, so we assumed the cleaning crew had thrown it away. So I got another one, and inscribed "Don't Throw Me Away" on one side, "No Me Tires" on the other (spanish for the same), and then filled in the letters with permanent marker. And before anyone's panties wad up, please remember that we all knew the cleaning crew, they were excellent, professional folks, and they did not speak a lick of english. And it worked... I still have the cup.

I find that 99.9% of the theft in my office building is done by the Mexican cleaning ladies.
