Actually, on stage we just make fun of everyone else in the room. If you were there, you'd be getting the brunt of this. Throw quarters, I could use 'em, and so could Cap'N.

Ohhh, the best is changing lyrics subtly to see if anyone's listening (answer: a bankable NO), usually mentioning something about some lady's fake tits or a guy's bow tie.

i have a funny story about ryan adams. a few years ago, right before he made it big, some of the foreign agents we worked with at my photo agency kept asking for photos of him. i guess in europe they are waaaay more upto date with artists than in the states. anyways, i thought they were asking for bryan adam photos, so i sent them all the bryan adam photos we had. and when i faxed back the response to them, i crossed out ryan and wrote in thick marker BRYAN. hahaha! what a fool i was! ahhh...i still laugh at myself about that.

That rules. Just imagine, you could take your arm off and hand it to a friend, and the friend could two-handedly bitch-slap someone with it, then hand it back to you.

someone kept yelling out for Into My Arms at the Nick Cave show i went to a while ago, and he responded enthusiastically with, "Yeah we could do that one!...but we won't."

Everyone laughed, it was funny, he got on with the show. Billy C could learn a thing or two from a legend like him or Dylan.

a friend of mine went to the Billy Corgan show the night after this incident, so i'll have to ask her how it went.
