I'm sure I look like a dork, but I just can't help it. When a good song comes on, I gotta move!

is this dancing in your chair, or full-on dancing?

I was playing air guitar with my new friend Russell at work. I also headbanged for a bit but it made my head sore.

This was after we spent 45 nostalgic minutes discussing Celtic Frost and who Dio's best lead guitarist was. He agreed it was Vivian Campbell and a bond of friendship was formed.

I enjoy dancing in my truck (especially in traffic), but my personal favorite is driving with my knees and doing the full on AIR DRUMMING.

my favorite work moment was listening to the Propellerheads version of "On Her Majesty's Secret Service." It was later in the day (on a Friday), and this straight-laced young female engineer came into my area to look for something. She told me my music was scary.

I put that track on a James Bond mix for my wife.

Do do the kick drum simulation with your leg while you play?

On the interstate i click on the cruise control for legitimate bass drum action; the whole thing is horribly disconcerting to other drivers since i am traveling pretty fast but clearly not in control of a pretty large pickup truck
