it was at one point, but was outlived a long, long time ago. it was also formerly used to describe people with down syndrome. i figure sinc it's no longer used in either capacity it's mine for the taking.

Flying saucer Tour in pittsburgh where he repeatedly tell the audience he wants them all to die in a nuclear holocaust. possibly the most hilariously uncomfortable show in history.
