Is there some meaning behind this word? Is it an acronym? Every time I look in the top left corner I think of porn.

Dalen did, haha!

If you don't know where the name "obner" comes from, you don't really want to know.

Jesus Christ...it's really "boner" and one of our members was drunk one night and when he posted on the board, he wrote it down as "obner". There.

I don't mean "anybody." I mean you, Cotton. Have YOU gotten some viagra, just for Cottonelle?

It's Swedish (though the 'o' is supposed to have a stroke through it), meaning one who is most pretentious.

I thought to myself, "no, that can't be it." I gave this board way too much credit.

if it helps, it has sort of come to mean "an overwhelming appreciation" of a given album or artist. like, "man, i have a obner for the new sigur ros." of course, sometimes it just means "boner": "man, i have a obner for jessica beil." other times, it's ambiguous: "man, i have a obner for neko case."

I keep my obner in a drawer next to my bedstand. It's almost like an Oscar but so much more versatile.

I've decided. This weekend is the weekend that I'm going to make a move. God help us all.

Oh, and Tania...it's nice to know you're finding some time in your busy schedule to pleasure yourself. :)
