I know, OK Go probably isn't real popular around here but their new video is hilarious.

When you get to the website, click on the "A Million Ways" video. You won't be disappointed.

that was great, and I was suprised that I actually like the song too. I wasn't a fan of the last one.

I really want to know if they came up with the dance themselves or had someone choreograph it.

They had (have?) a dance they would do to "C-C-C-Cinnamon Lips".

I imaginge they did the choreography for both, but maybe they needed some outside help.

I especially like that the video has no camera man. Not that one was needed, but there's nothing keeping them in the shot when they go far to the left/right.

Any band that does what it can to help Ira Glass and This American Life is OK (Go) in my book. I liked the last album. I liked them the time I saw them live in KC, and I'm anticipating the new tour and album. The video is perfect too by the way.

EP?

Isn't a full disc?

I came across that video last week because of Pitchforks news, and love the song and the video. I didn't much care for the last disc, but I hear they got some hip Swedish producer.

I love this video! MySpace has had it on their front page for a couple weeks and I watch it almost every day I can. I love the song too.

I really liked their first cd when it came out then kinda tired of it, I think it's in the trunk of my car, I'll have to go yank it out and listen to it again.

I don't think this band sucks, but it seems as if only half their songs are worth listening to. Frankly, after seeing 'em a couple of times, I'm done with them. I don't have a desire to see them again. Oh sure, if they pop over to have a couple of beers, I might indulge them...otherwise, no.

I'll admit, the dance routine is cute. Even if the dude with the glasses looks like that freak from the Magic Mountain commercials.

They released a three song EP I think in June or early July. It's not as bubble gummy. Let me know if you want to hear it. I seriously think the 2nd track, "Invincible" would fall into a top something songs of the summer for me. That's just my opinion though.

Pretty sure the new full length is out at the end of the month.

I like this song & video but it seems like they've changed their sound from pop punk to strokes/hives wannabes.

I agree with about everything said. The last album had some decent songs but I got tired of them fast. They seemed to have a lot of potential though and given the brilliance of this video I'll probably buy the new one. I'm guessing it'll be one of those that Circut City has for $5.99 or something.

I believe it comes out 8/30.

Thanks DMB for the mp3's

I liked the first 2 songs, but I could have lived without the Cure cover. :P

I thought their previous album suggested OK Go had the potential to deliver fun upbeat pop in the same vein as the first Cars album, but they fell way short in terms of hooks and imagination (although, let's face it, if that was an easy goal the Cars themselves might've been able to do it more than once).

I'll be interested to hear the new stuff.
