Budweiser energy drink. I thought it was Bud Select which I've had before. But this was much, much worse. Like someone drank a gallon of orange juice and budweiser and pissed in my mouth.

Budweiser is utterly incapable of producing anything drinkable.

Labatt's brews something like that up here, beer with vitamins and caffeine or something. I can't bring myself to try it.

Your friend shouldn't have bought it in the first place. The unmitigated gall of him/her!

he didn't. Or at least, he said he didn't. He said it was a friend of a friend that brought it over. My friend wouldn't do this to himself or others.

Ok that's a relief. I was about to question your taste in friends.

True Story:

Guy we know once dated the daughter of a VP at Coke. I went to her (gi-fucking-gantic) house once, and I saw a set of wierd cans above the fridge, and pulled one down. It was mostly b+w, with a cartoon covering, with an unhappy character mumbling about something being "not cool" over the course of the 5 or 6 panes of the comic. It was called Gen X Cola. I asked her about it, and she said Coke was market testing it at the time. This was around 1995 or 96, I think, so I guess it failed.

Pitiful.

MOTHER OF GOD MAN!

What were you thinking?

Beer is not meant to be mixed with anything. Hopefully that shit will die a quick horrible death.

The only people I can see drinking this shit is teenagers.

A) People in pink-tinted glass houses ought not throw rocks.
B) An ice-cold bottle of Bud is occaisionally ok, but nothing they make tastes on par with the other shitty Big 3's parallel offerings. Just gross, metallic, blah.

Anyone else ever find that Bud Ice tasted oddly like bananas?
