Sweet. Where'd you get those (and how much, if I may be so rude)? Those look like exactly what I need.

Nice, I'm looking to do something like that around here. My dvds are piling up on the walls behind me and my newer cds are being placed in old panzerotti boxes.

The DVD case I found at Suncoast Video for $50 bux a few weeks back...

The CD Case on the left is a 1000 holder, and I got it it Tower Records for $149.95. It was an open box sale..Normally, I think they wrere $199... The three on the right are all 500 holders, also from Tower, and $79 each.....

I have the same exact storage system. In my old place I had a room just for my music. I now have a kid on the way so no space for the cd racks. I've been trying to sell the racks now.

I'm building some custom drawers in my basement and am ripping all my CDs at 320Kb. So I can pull them up from any pc or tv in the house. I can't bring myself to selling the cds.

Why is it about to grow?

Just curious, not a big movie watcher, myself (at least, not more than once).

Although, I will eventually own the LOTR boxset.

Big buffy fan, eh? I like 'em too. Joss Whedon is a genius.

Well, I have built up a list of movies I wanted, but never got around to picking up, cause i didnt have a storage set up I liked...

I just picked up a Region Free DVD player from amazon for 30 bux....So, there is a ton of stuff available (not in the USA), I wanted...

I also got my DVD burner working, and hava color printer at work (to print out the covers), so im gonna give netflix a run for thier money...

it's all coming together nicely.

It's 62 dollars, but if ya sign up for the Amazon Visa card, you get $30 off your first order, then you choose the 7-10 day FREE shipping option, and wahlah, $31.99 for the DVD player.

This record store near me, KIM's underground sell this player for $90 dollarsd, and they give you the code to the remote , to unlock the region free portion....

i found the code online, so I bought it!

woot!

my wife does not allow my cds to be out in the open. i have some dvds in our family room in the basement that are on shelves but I only have around 50 or so. all my cds are in leather cases and the actual plastic cases are in cardboard boxes in a closet.

I spent way too long (like over an hour) at Ikea today, just looking at nothing but shelves and bookcases and wardrobes and chests of drawers.

Ended up walking out with nothing, because I couldn't decide.
