I was thinking we could use a thread like this for when we're after songs and can't find them on slsk or anywhere else, in the hope that someone here will have the tracks

So, does anyone have the original version of Spiritualized's "Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space", before they had to re-do it cos of sampling problems.? I think there was an Elvis sample on it.

The original had copious amounts of "I can't Help Falling In Love With You" sprinkled throughtout. The promo copies of the album had this version on, but a few weeks before it was to be realeased to retail, elvis' estate stopped them. The version that appears on the album is redone.

If anyone can help me find the song, "Entertainmen" from Sam Phillips 1996 release Omnipop I would really, really, really, really, really appreciate it.

Really.

I've been looking for the Stinky Puffs' "I Am Gross! No You're Not!" but this thread doesn't look like much of a problem-solver so far.

Idiopathic fulfilled my request! This thread is awesome, I'm going to start asking for obscure songs from now on.

This is not really obscure, but I've been trying to find some tracks off of Alpha's "Come From Heaven" but I can never find anything from it for whatever reason.

Can anyone hook me up with some older "classic" Hanoi Rocks tunes?

I'm looking for some songs from Love's Out Here album, specifically the complete version of "Doggone." I only have the one from the box set. If you still need Alpha's stuff, I have it, but it's in AAC format (not protected, but I did it like that for the iPod).

Thanks!

Rock. This song is possibly the only tune in existence that makes me want to learn to play the saxophone.

I wish I could help some other people out here. I have a lot of music...really I do.
