First and foremost, the song "Orinoco Flow."

One album was all she needed, but I'd hear Enya before loads of other crap. Besides, if I'm stuck in the car with my mom, this rarely happens now that I'm married with a kid and out of the house, I can bear it as opposed to Nana Mouskourri(sorry OPA).

I like her.

Am I the only person who has noticed a spooky similariry between "Carribean Blue" and the Stranglers' "Golden Brown"?

Because you could be listening to the Cocteau Twins instead.

You could ask "Why listen to _________" for 99.5% of all bands ever created, and this answer would be perfectly acceptable.

I also like Deep Forest, Afro Celt Sound System and Enigma. So yabba dabba boo. Not all your music has to kick ass to be right for certain listening moods. My mom's 77 anyway and thinks Enya's a scary pagan.

Because even though she's sold close to 20 million albums, she refuses to trade in her Yamaha DX-7 for a Motif.

Nana Mouskouri...lol...I don't think Greek people even listen to her. She's like Yanni. Greeks can't stand either of them.

I always liked it featured within LA Story.
