Is this chili only sold in Cincinatti? What makes it different?

Originally, yes.
But there are Cincy-style chili places elsewhere (5-Way Chili in Chicago).

The difference is that Cincy-style has cinnamon and clove and can be ordered:
1-way: Meat only
2-ways: Meat and beans
3-ways: Meat, beans, and spaghetti
4-ways: Meat, beans, spaghetti, and cheese
5-ways: Meat, beans, spaghetti, cheese, and onions

Timmyjoe, correct me if I'm wrong with my terminology there.

Fucking disgusting. I'd rather eat algae.

Hmmm...I think I'd order mine with meat, cheese and onions only. A small order, though. Cuz that plate looks like it'd kill me.

It's Cincinnati style chili.
With the runny sauce on the spagetti as sort of like a gravy. (kind of like ground beef in a tomato sauce, except it's chili sauce)

It's awesome, but I recommend over the 3-way, either a chili burrito or a coney dog. yummy. I think my lunch has just been decided.

Used to be my favourite at Hard Times, but now they have Terlingua Red.

I prefer my beans and onions cooked into the chili, so I usually only get a Chili-Mac. Sometimes cheese.

And those hot pepper poppers are to die for.

Don't forget the Peppermint Patty for dessert.
