Smoking a whole chicken ...

How long does that usually take? It sounds delicious. I've always wanted a smoker for ribs.

I'm just doing plain old bbq chicken as my parents are driving in from Ontario and aren't hugely adventurous when it comes to cuisine.

1.5-2.5 hours depending on the size of the bird and if you stuff it or not. Smoking ribs takes alot longer... and is COMPLETELY worth it.
