Hey Tania, do you remember how accurate the rumors from last year at this time ended up? Who are your sources? Are they in the know?

bitterbuffalo and I will definitely be making the trek to the desert again next year, and that lineup looks good to me.

I'm not completely buying it, though...

Rumors were spread about Radiohead headlining for the past 2 years... and it ended up being true for last year.

I've also heard various rumors from friends who work for Goldenvoice that Radiohead might headline again for 05, but they're just rumors.

In any case, it'll probably sell out again and people are already booking hotel rooms.

i read it on a board from a guy who works for Filter Mag + some other promotional groups. so, about as reliable as anything else, i suppose.

for the record: i'm really not all that excited about these proposed line-ups, although the 2nd day is somewhat interesting when i think about it.

I've always avoided Coachella in the past, but a Boards of Canada Saturday + Postal Service Sunday might make me take the Indio express from L.A. this year...

I forgot to add -- the country club we stayed at last year is already f'ing booked. I think I may have referred a couple of you to make reservations there. Looks like we're shit outta luck. I'm looking into other similar type accommodations since I'll be pimpin' it mad Scottish style.

Are you serious? It's ALL already booked? I thought Joe said there were rooms still available.... but um, yeah my friends are crazy because we already have our rooms booked. Since early October. They don't f*ck around!
