I was out in a bar getting an early start on celebrating my birthday, which was shaping up to be one of the funnest ever. The place was dead and the dj was playing anything and everything for us. The Kroenke family (Wal Wart heirs, Pepsi Center, Av's & Nuggets) bought the house in Malibu Dodi Fayed had just bought before his death. Last I heard (2001-02) the house lays empty except the live-in butler that came with the house. That's what I'm mourning. Perfectly good mansion in Malibu unused.
