get her a box with 12 cards in it. each month she opens a new card which tells her the present you will give her that month (dinner at the restaurant of her choice, take her to the zoo, etc). it worked for me on Valentine's Day...

a romantic weekend getaway is another good one too, if you haven't gone anywhere in awhile.
