Good idea, but I already gave all the $$$ this unemployed schmoe could afford.

What's the best group to give clothes to? We've got some stuff we wanna donate, but all the info's been about giving $$$.

Check local churches. One here is loading a truck to MS with diapers, handwipes, clothes and other things in addition to cash.

I just donated all my extra clothes to Salvation Army a few months ago, so I got nothin' in that dept.

You don't have any extra (preferably, unsoiled) McGruff costuming?

I went via the company web-site, which funnels everything to the Red Cross.

However, if the Obner deal gets up and going, I'll offer a mix CD to any donors.

I too have already donated via the Red Cross (for the humans) and Petco (the non-humans).

Btw, aside from clothes, people are requesting that toiletries (deodorant, toothpaste, soap, toothbrushes, etc) and underwear (boxers, panties, bras, etc) be sent as well.
