Just read the following...

Quote:
Rick Astley embarks upon his second tour in 14 years to promote
his new album Portrait which is released later this month. Long gone are
the days of the quiff and the terrible dancing, as Rick returns to form,
singing classic covers by Frank Sinatra, Perry Como and Dean Martin.

Uh...ohhhhhh-kay

I guess he gave up on the idea of moving his career in a grittier singer-songwriter direction.

He's got the voice for standards. But I won't buy it.

What I hate about him is that you have to fully enunciate his last name or it comes out sounding like "ass-lee."

Astley did that "Never Gonna Give You Up" joint, right?

something about the singers ennunciation of the words always bugged me in that song. Kinda like a bootleg Michael McDonald but not nearly as cool.

McDonald got er done back in the day....
