damnit, my sister in law called and so now I've missed the first 40 minutes. ah well.

I totally missed them tonight too. Ah well, on to the last 4 episodes of Lost Season One.

Ending was good. And scenes from next week look awesome. I think the show just gets better as it goes along.

This is a nice show. Good acting with a twisting plot that doesn't include 35 year-old, model teenagers. Good works, FOX!

tonights show was intense.

i tried watching this show for the first time last week, i thought it was okay... but tonight didn't feel like watching it.

Fill me in! I'm fighting bronchitis, took some meds and fell asleep right as the show started.

the lawyer girl who's trying to help the brothers from the outside doesn't trust the other lawyer guy she's working with. i think she's bregrudginly letting him help again though.

fish and his roomie need lots of time to break through another wall without missing a bed check, so fish turns off the a/c. the prisoners get riled up and start some shit. the cell block is locked down, so fish has all the time he needs. they start to drill holes to get to the sewer pipe that leads to the infirmary.

so anyway, the cell block is locked down and all sorts of shit starts happening. the old guy loses his cat. burroughs and a rookie c.o. get the shit kicked out of them.

the prison doc lady is trapped in her office, with all these crazy rapists trying to break in and get her. she stabs a few of them with a syringe. meanwhile, the governor (the doc's dad) is breathing on the prison's tail to get this shit taken care of, unaware (yet) that his daughter is in peril.

ok, so the episode ends with:

burroughs going with some new guy down an empty corridor, not knowing that the guy is an inside hired assassin, hired by that mysterious lady we only see talking on the phone.

the turned-out pocket guy and the rookie c.o. end up in Fish's cell, so now they know of the break-out plan (somewhat)

the cell block is trashed, the infirmary is trashed, all other sections of the prison are locked down or evacuated.

the doc is cowering in her office, the convicts are about to break in, and fish decides to go back into the walls, i'm assuming for a rescue attempt.

oh yeah - i forgot to mention that i like this show, i've seen every epsiode, even the encore presentations.

I've got goosebumps from this episode and those five minutes.

I still have all 8 hours worth of episodes on DVR... Was busy the first two weeks it aired, and since then, never found the motivation to jump in and make a day of it and watch em all...

Honestly, am I missing out, or can I sacrifice em, and not worry about another tv show I dont have time to watch?

Depends on what you like to watch, D. I tend to be picky when it comes to TV drama and feel that this is an ace show. Watch the first two hours and determine from there whether or not you wish to continue watching.
