Per Bloor's sig, if you were to hate on y'all or on all y'all, I assume the second would be more global and not so targeted?

Y'all (in our world) is likely just one person kinda like how we, us, our and they are also generally singular.

All y'all is fine but you might want to consider y'alls or dey's for plural references

Youse guys...

I'm from Virginny...we say y'all (not so much "all y'all" but I think it is funny). It is funny, too, when I go outside of the south and use "y'all" like when I was out in California and when I lived in London...you get funny looks when you use it elsewhere like you are from outer space.
