NMR: Philly vs. Atlanta..

Wow..The work day is almost and not one mention of the 2 games between Philly and the ATL tonight..I thought for sure that Bloor would have chimed in by now...

First up we have the Phillies vs. The Braves here in philly..Let me start by saying even if the phillies sweep this series(never gonna happen, they'll be lucky to get one win)that they are fakers and will not win the wildcard race...We here in philly have seen this movie called the phillies before, and we know how it's gonna end...Not in the playoffs..The Braves are a better team and have been for years..Better management = Better team...Until that changes for the Phils...It's the same shit year after year...But now that that is out of the way..Let us move on to the big game at hand...

Eagles vs. Falcons...Kicking off Monday Night Football in Atlanta...A rematch of last years NFC Championship game...and unfortunately for Ron Mexico and the boys it will have the same results..a Loss....I think McNabb will have a good game, and T.O on Monday night in his home town is gonna go off...I call 2 T.D.s and 95+yards...and we can't forget about Kearse and that wicked D Jim Johnson will have on the field tonight...2 maybe 3 sacks...

I say final Eagles 24 Falcons 17...Vick will have some yards on the ground..But I also think he'll have 1 if not 2 picks...

So here is to a good game my ATL obnerians..and let's hope nobody gets hurt...

I can't wait for tonight. Unfortunately, the Phillies game is not on TBS

but I'm gonna watch the Eagles anyway.

I'll be shocked if the Phillies even end the season within 2 games of the wild card. I want Ed Wade and that idiot Cholly fired.

I have a feeling the Eagles will play a good game and TO will have a killer game stat-wise. Will they win? I hope so.

Sorry, Ob. Been meaning to get to it. The ATL is pumped for this one.

I think the Falcons will win just barely win even though I think the Eagles are a better team.

The Dome Field Advantage will be the key.

Should be great though. I cant F-ing wait.

Good day to be an Atlanta/Georgia sports fan. Braves can drive the nail in the coffin for the Phils as Andruw continiues his drive to the MVP. Both UGA and Tech are undefeated. Falcons/Eagles on MNF. It doesn't get much better than this.

I expect a good game but if the Falcons can't find a passing game tonight I expect the NFC Championship game all over again. BUT, they will be in the Dome on the turf where their speed will be a factor. Also, it will be loud as fuck in there tonight which will be an advantage for the Falcons.

Should be a good one. Hellooooooooooo Tuesday hangover!

Bloor- No problem on not getting this thread started..I figure I'd get something going before everyone headed home from work...I know you guys are pumped down there for this one..It's the revenge game...And if Vick does start to get his run on early...It could be a very long night for the Eagles...

Derris- I agree with you 100%.. tomorrow is gonna suck...and even though T.O is an Eagle, he annoys the hell out of me as well..

Oh, and another note for Andy Reid, you hopeless shart, way to have your team ready to play. Your team chemistry is a disaster, Dawkins is in the locker room getting uncramped, Kearse is sucking wind in the first quarter, and you lose Trotter before the game starts because you punks are undisciplined douchebags.
