Our internals have us trending up, and we think 52% of the vote is entirely possible.

WKRG ran a 4 night, 500-sample poll that showed us near 56%.

The only danger is white people who wouldn't have voted seeing this and turning out. There is some evidence of this, but our chicken and gin budget has been adjusted, our turnout will be solid, and by 8pm this evening, Mobile, AL could have its first black mayor.

(oh, and we raised $800K for a $550K original budget) Not bad for a racist. :roll:

And I just saw former Governor Donald R. Siegelman in the office. He came down here to go door to door for us in some neighborhoods where his universally loved.
