So, yeah, for a monster I fancy myself some kind of clothes-horse/fashionista.

Is the worst look of the past few years the hoodie/track jacket under sports coat?

Why does every fad end with hoods? Remember when they started sewing hoods onto flannel and selling em at Rich's (Or Dillards or Macy's)?

This to me is probably almost as bad as the ironic t-shirt, since I pretty much invented that one...it's bad to see it so prevalent.

Discuss.

I agree with everything except the part about you inventing the ironic t-shirt.

And I will produce high school year book photos if necessary.

Some looks are classy no matter what the current style. Like pasties and g-strings.

Its what inspired this thread

I can almost date the conversation we had in which I said these exact words:
"Best look for a man is a t-shirt, ala my Graceland or Pro Football H.O.F. shirt, jeans, blazer, cowboy boots."

It was in fall/summer of 2001.

This guy and Tom Berenger in Major League were definitely the inspiration for my treatise.

If trucker hats ever come back again look the fuck out because it is the apocolypse.

Loog anything cool will eventually become lame. You just got to stay ahead of the girl. I try but who am I kidding.

(Last self-depricating section added to diminish Bloor's likely snarky retort)

I have my own style, and don't watch fashion trends much more than collar and tie sizes.

Especially with the differently striped long sleeved shirts over.

Either:

1) That pic is fucked up, and it just looks like that body is hairy as a chimpanzee.
2) It's a female of Eastern European ancestry.
3) It's a dude that seriously needs some fashion sense.
