I have only seen them once before, and I must say the first time was 9000 times better. The crowd was better, the sound was better, the atmosphere was nicer. Don't get me wrong, I had a really great time, except for being behind a guy with a large sweaty afro who would drench me in his sweat everytime he swung his head around.
Anyways, the show was nice but it was hard to get pictures because everyone was dancing like retards. But I got some and here is the link:

I had a hard time getting pictures of everyone in the band because the tall people decided to be assholes and stand in the front. I think there should be a rule that tall people stand to the side or behind the short people.
It's common courtesy.

That's really awesome, not the cookie stealing part, but that you played with them.
You just made me hungry, it's breakfast time.

The trick to getting around the tall people is to get there before they do. Works for me everytime.

I did. People pushed their way up front.

Ohhh, so you LET them get in front of you. Assholes try that with me lotsa times with women being the rudest about it. Here's some advice --

If you're at a show with friends, make sure you and your friend(s) stand close enough to each other and not allow the offending people through. Don't be afraid to be vocal about it either. Many times I hear "I wanna take a photo, lemme through" (really annoying when it's a cameraphone they're holding) --- "Sorry, no, hand me your camera, I'll take it for you". I usually hear a "bitch" or "fuck you" shortly thereafter and hang back, meanwhile, I get to have my unobstructed view. :)

Yes it is. I'm 6'5". I stand on the side, next to the speakers.

Usually I don't let people in front of me. I do remember bitching about it and calling the guy in front of me Goliath but I don't think I really felt like doing anything to change the position I was in. Oh well, I guess it's fair game. Last time I saw them, and this goes for every concert i've been to, I have been right up front against the stage, where I can get perfect pictures and I have a perfect view. I guess a time always comes when someone else gets to take the perfect place.
But damn, I am going to see Ween next month and you better fucking believe there will not be anyone in my way.

I'd let anyone get in front of me for Ween.

I like Ween. I don't know, I had a really great time when I saw them last summer, and now I have a digital camera so I really would like to be close so I can see them, and get good pictures.

Is this a victorian euphemism for intercourse?

hey anyone interested in seeing my first really shitty art film I did?
I have a link for downloads! it makes me think twice about my validity as a future artist, and as an art student now as it is.

that's not how it works.

I'll PM you with it.

If I wanted to post the link so I could completely embarrass myself i'd have made a new topic. This post is hidden amidst numerous other posts that people will read over and nobody will ever know that this happened.

after watching it, i'd post it for peeps to check it.

it's definitely not the worst student film i've seen, and i've seen plenty. some interesting moments that i wish were slower, and focused. the chicken part i could do without [but it's the typical student "weird" piece which is expected]. more focus on your surroundings would be nice, and more personal. overall, as i said, not nearly as bad as many student films, and parts are shot with an interesting angle.

oh, and good song choice.

How pandemic is this cookie stealing amongst indie bands?

Sounds like something that should be studied. Someone give me a grant or something.
