well,
The new baby should come out any day now. Actually it is scheduled for Thursday morning at 9:00 am. There is some minor possibility for complications due to "irregular blood flow in the umbilical cord" It just means they want to induce at 39 weeks to prevent possible problems. So I am about to become a dad again.

Also as you prob know, I moved back to Cincinnati because Chicago was blacking out the Bengals coverage, because then no one would watch the Bears. So my external storage drive hasn't shown up on Colinswood much in the past 4 months or so, but that should be back up when I am home for 2 weeks for the baby. (IE: you benefit)

I hope the baby comes early because I really need the time off work, but I also need to get work done at the office, and also have a few projects to finish up at the new house before the baby comes.

It's been a hectic 5+ months.

P.S. If anyone knows someone who needs to buy a condo in Chicago, let me know. We have a really nice one that still has not sold, mainly because it's on the top floor of a 3 story walk up and people are too lazy.

:D
-Tim

P.S. My fantasy football team is really hurting this year. Like mega.

Happy, happy news Timmy!!!
Congratulations. And just so you know, a second one doesn't make things twice as crazy, it makes it TEN-times as crazy!!!

Have fun.

Pre-emptive congrats! Our little one arrived 4 weeks ago and it's just been awesome. Two weeks home with her and my wife were a couple of the best weeks I've ever had, even if they were stressful with figuring out that whole "baby thing." Since this is your second, it might actually be slightly less stressful, actually. Enjoy it. It sure is hard to go back to work afterward . . .

Oohh good luck Timmy, I was actually thinking about you two lately wondering when the little one was due to arrive.

I hope everything goes well this thursday, I'm sure it will! And congratulations on your new little one.

I'm getting baby pangs lately-josh's sister in law is due sometime this week, my son's step-mum is due in 4 weeks, and a best friend and other sister in law pregnant.

sigh. I want another one. Hopefully within the next year.

Birth control is still my friend but I'm glad that you got it going on Tim; And Northern Kentucky suits you just fine.

Any chance you name the child after a Bengal, though? Carson? Rudi? Marvin (for the coach)?

It's a girl. There aren't any girls on the team. Maybe I'll look thru the cheerleaders to get name ideas.

Thanks for all the well wishes gang!

Congrats on the baby, and I'll ask these greedy young investor-types around here if any of them want a condo down Chicago way.

We're waiting til after school to have kids, and sometimes it's tough, to be honest. I keep thinking about where my dad was at at my age, and it's scary how much later I'm starting. Hell, at 29, he had a 9 yr-old and a 4 yr-old. And was devorced twice, come to think of it. I have some catching up to do.

Wow that did benefit me. My bum knee healed up real good while reading that...

Seriously though, thats awesome. Congratulations man and here's to many years of happiness and stuff. Also, I'd help you with your fantasy team but football isn't my sport. Ask me again in the spring when baseball comes 'round again.

Condo listing:
http://www.ksgmac.com/05102342

It's a big 1 bedroom with an office/ or walk in closet, all hardwood floors and top level unit with tons of light and no annoying upstairs neighbors. In unit washer /dryer, and also has a dishwasher. The best part is that heat is included in the assessment (only $200), which was way lower than other places we looked at.

You can walk to Andersonville or the Metra Ravenswood stop in 7 minutes.

I miss it. :(

fuck....I just had a 2500 sq. foot house built for less than that. Then again, I live in the burbs. Property like that would probably go for the same if not more here towards downtown Houston. It just still amazes me the cost of living in town compared to the boonies.
