In a move not seen since the last filmed version of the Nosferatu legend, msnbc and AP are reporting that reports of Mike Brown's demise from FEMA-land were premature. It seems Mr. Brown is now knocking down CONSULTANT MONEY to help FEMA study what went wrong with the fiasco that was the Katrina response.
