i'm sure i'll dig; correct me if i'm wrong, but most of these bands were not featured in tune a day posts, right? if so, my memory completely sucks.

About halfway through listening now. The Clientele track is my favorite by far so far. Field Songs a close second.

if they can pull off a solid debut album, they could very well be.

so far, the demos and ep kick ass.

First, let me say thanks Dalen for a great mix--only extracted and burned my copy last night and have enjoyed it since!

Re: Arctic Monkeys...funny, there is a query on another music board I'm on and they said that AM are being hailed as the next great thing (I dunno as per NME or some mag)...some folks said they liked them and some didn't. I can't judge them from one song but I can say that I liked the song on your mix and the placement of song on mix.

Good stuff! Ta very much!

Right on. They're very popular on Last.FM as well. In fact a girl on there turned me on to them.

If they stick with their sound as of now, I think they'll do quite well. For such young kids, they're a tight band.

Check out the video for "I Bet You Look Good on The Dancefloor" at the link below. It was shot live, and has that raw energy i dig from these guys.

Hey Dalen, you should do another radio show with this mix; play 3 or 4 songs, then do an aircheck, give a little short info on each band (almost in the style of Album 88 in Atlanta: "From the album_____, you just heard_____, and that was Track #3,_______. ________ is a _______ from ________; Before that you heard________, etc.
