I haven't seen him online in ages. Did he leave us?

I was just thinking about him earlier today, since the last time we conversed was the last OU/TX weekend

maybe a sense of confidence about this weekend's game will draw him out

I'm sure he'll be around Big D this weekend for the game...unfortunately I won't be

I'll be in Podunk, OK attending a 75th birthday celebration for Granny

I'm pretty worried, too. Right before Cotton's trip to Austin, when I still thought I'd be able to go (before my wife took ill), I tried e-mailing and PMing him, and even left a voice mail on his cell phone -- but received no response to any of those. I hope he's OK.

Hmm...that doesn't sound like him. Maybe he's just been very busy.

I don't even remember him, I was just fucking around. I'm sure he's doing fine...not everyone has time for Obner. He's probably just a busy man.

I know you were, and I'm not offended.

I hope he is fine.

Hi everyone -

To quote Mr. Twain, "the reports of my death. . ." -- I just got extremely busy.

As many of you know, I got married in March and Diane (Mrs. Babe) and I opened a store in Austin, which pretty much means I'm 24/7 on call for the Mrs (she's the boss!). Then, my one full time job turned into three full-time jobs with the same company in three very different directions (Corporate Communications, Sales, Legal) -- it has been an interesting year. . .

All apologies for my absence, I think I can keep up now.

Best wishes to all of you for wonderful holidays and a stellar new year!

Trevor

And so he appears. Happy holidays dude, and take it easy: You're too young for a heart attack.

Glad you're okay too.

Has Dunwoody been posting? Seems like he hasn't been around for awhile either.

Steve posted in the D&D thread and one or two others around that time, but he's been real scarce.

So life on the outside is fulfilling? I'm still toiling away and really digging my 2.5 weeks off. Glad to hear everything is going well. Take it easy and have a happy holiday season (I hope Fox News isn't watching).

He told me in a PM that he got a promotion at work; I suspect this may have been accompanied by a "stay off Obner at work" warning but I'm not sure.

Derris got one of those recently which is why you havent seen him around much.
