Not that I would give any of these people money, but this is small potatoes. I dragged in 100 GR in 2 meetings yesterday.

The only thing I've been able to afford there was my prized leopard print hairband with leopard print bow that makes me look like a 1960s school girl. I'm sure my friends, family and employers are tired of looking at it because I wear it at least once a week (it was under $10).

News flash: Rock giants U2 have expressed outrage that US politicians from both main parties, including Hillary Clinton, are using their concerts to fill campaign coffers.

"The U2 concerts are categorically not fundraisers for any politician. They are rock concerts for U2 fans," a statement from the group's publicist said.

Pennsylvania Republican Senator Rick Santorum is holding a 1,000-dollar-a-head fundraiser at U2's show in Philadelphia this weekend.

i love the idea of boycotting a U2 show because of Santorum. Bono would get so frustrated and then cry.

This is weird because the last time I was in Urban Outfitters I was acutely aware I was the only guy in the mens department that wasn't shopping with his boyfriend.

The one in Glasgow also has the shittiest record store ever in human history incoporated into the store.

My gf has mentioned these places to me but they exist in a world I know not of.

I actually just went in Banana Republic for the first time ever about two weeks ago; Walked out with a shirt. Regular $80, on sale $20 and its a nice shirt.

I took my husband to BR during a sale once, and he came out with some great clothes that he *always* get compliments on. Can't go wrong there.

Does your husband weigh 105 pounds and thus have the frame upon which BR's clothes were designed to hang?

Seriously. I'll go back for some more sale shit. The regular priced $100 jeans? Not so much. But I saw several things I wouldnt hesitate to wear.

I like their clothes but rarely shop there. I'll usually just get stuff from thrift stores or online.

urban outfitters is so expensive because shirts that say things like "your mom is hot - established in 1984" have become the new international monetary standard.

I hear that they're trading at higher amt than the Euro.

Euro is, what, 1.25$US? Those shirts go for twenty times that, at least, prolly....

When times are tight (most of the time), and I'm in Tower, I'll pick up a CD and ask myself, "was it worth it working for two fucking hours at a job I sometimes hate to buy this disc?"

I hate that question.
