The other day I scraped myself pretty badly on one of the music buttons on my messenger bag while putting it on. I can't think of a lamer, indier way to injure myself. Can anyone top that?

Spraining an eye socket muscle from rolling ones eyes at a Bravery show?

Unhinging my jaw while incessantly yawning at a Clap Your Hands Say Yeah show?

Not as good as Squirrgle's, but seriously this is the worst, most-overhyped band. They may raise the ire I've only reserved for Conor Oberst and The Unicorns/Tha Corn Gangg.

Actually, the one that scratched me was an old button from the 80s with generic typeface that says "The Cup Show." A friend of mine found an old chest on the street with a bunch of stuff in it, including like 20 of these buttons.

I once ripped off a hangnail while doing this. Burned like a mofo.

How about that time Novoselic threw his bass way up in the air and bloodied his own head in the process? I think it was at the MTV VMAs or somesuch. It was indie AND dumbass.
