Sadly, my boss is pretty close to illiterate. He somehow managed to work his way up the corporate ladder, get a job as VP of a major market research company, and then start his own company. Lucky for him, he has a partner. He rutinely asks us how to spell words like "tomorrow," can't type, and knows nothing about how to use a computer. His "proposals" consist of chicken scratches on a sheet of paper that he hands to one of us to type.

Is this the guy who's "just talking out loud here"?

No, that was actually my former manager from the same company. She was literate, but very weird and annoying.

Do you think they took a page from the homosexual agenda playbook and call people who are literate 'reeders?

Those who read music for clarinet, oboe, and saxophone, maybe.

Now, that's funny! I guess that's what assistant coaches are for. I guess being literate is highly overrated. Right Marty?
