Mine just went out the window due to a nasty sore throat and allover feeling crappy feeling.

I have to close at work tonight but am trying to get this kid to do it for me and then I'd only work a few hours midday(I HAVE to go in, our boss took the day off and my body decided to get sick last night short notice, don't want to bug her with this). Then josh and I are going power grocery shopping tonight.

Tomorrow: he's working and rehearsing so I"m spending the day watching movies, sleeping, reading and taking lots of cold medicine and drinking tea. yay

Sunday: spend day resting then get son from his dad's and he's staying with us a few days, we'll have dinner, yada yada yada. The normal.

Rest of the weekend, I'm playing by ear. Lots of work and errands but I hope to fit in scoping out neighborhoods to move to, some beach time and seeing New York Doll.

My parents met Issac Hayes in the suite at a Falcons game in the 80's. My dad said he was a really nice guy.

I have no idea what I'm doing this weekend. I HAVE to do laundry and NEED to do some yard work but other then that, I know I'm going to watch some football.

extended weekend/vacation edition:
Friday: go to chiro in a couple hours, assorted other errandas then check out either Jarhead or Good Night and Good Luck.

Saturday: Day is wide open - prolly some college football watching and getting my place back in order post-vacation. At night, going to check out this band downtown that a work buddy keeps raving about.

Sunday: Going to local sportsbar to watch NFL with some dorks in my work fantasy football league. Maybe another movie.

Monday: Getting a couple minor fix-ups done on the wheelchair, getting ready for election day at work on Tuesday.

My long winded ass candidate is wasting his time and mind being chatty with potential contricutors, but not exactly nailing down moneys. He gets like this after he meets his goal for the day.

Tonight: eat dinner and probably watch either Carlito's Way or Lighthouse, then off to see Calla

Saturday: work 7-4, be a lazy pile for a bit, may go see Thunderbirds Are Now!, The Hold Steady and The Constantines tho I might skip out early on the Constantines to get to the local bar for last call.

Sunday: nothing really planned, might go see Dios Malos that night.

gf's sister was staying this week, but her flight went out this morning.

Ironic you should mention this, as we had a naturopathic physician come in and speak at work yesterday (my insurance actually covers naturopathic medicine--hooray!). Anyhow, he talked about cold season and coming in to get an intravenous vitamin push. A good friend of mine does it whenever she feels a cold start to come on, and she says it helps immensely. Might be worth a look?

as for my weekend, I got nothin'. Maybe dinner and a movie tonight.
saturday - raking leaves, cleaning house, paying bills
sunday - don't know yet, but I'll prolly go rock climbing in the afternoon.
