Yep. I live in Georgia. Its fucking crazy, but its nor like I'm shocked or anything.

Between this and rampant sexual predators, we got some seious public health issues in this country.

The talk up here of late is of an increasing gang presence. But for its size, madison is ridiculously clean and safe. The whole gang thing is just the busters from chicago who got muscled out, and are coming up here to settle for second-best.
