How the fuck do you keep this shit fresh?! I put it in the fridge and it goes soggy, wilty and black within DAYS. I can't keep up with the tight schedule this leaf keeps, man. It's driving me MAD. I've tried baggies, rubbermaid containers, special ziplock "Fruit and Veggie" bags.... nothing works.

They should sell this shit in smaller packages so it actually gets USED before it goes all limp and rotten.

Fill a Tupperware container 1/3 full of water and chuck the leaves in. Refrigerate. Should keep the baby greens fresh for at least five days.

but won't the leaves get all soft and soggy? I like 'em a LITTLE crisp...?

Try washing them and then drying them, then putting them in a container, baggie, whatever with a papertowel wrapped around it. That usually works for me. This seems to work for fresh herbs too.
