No, they're not. Because they're neither fat, nor white, nor affiliated with s-grade ska-punk bands from Battle Creek.

That's right, Jason Navarro of Suicide Machines: I'm calling your fat ass out as the Violent J of ICP. And that two-bit hustler you had on drums in your main band, the metal-head who went on to Alkaline Trio, who was and is Shaggy 2 Dope - he can go fuck himself. You can't be an "(over)sensitive" emo-boy who gets all the good girls while hosting Vanilla Ice at your Juggalo Summer Festival in Toledo. You just can't. Fucker.

When I see mention of ICP, I immediately flash to remembering what I heard in summer '99 - the ICP/Suicide Machine duality. They are one in the same, and an embarrassment to your state, and the furthest thing from the clowning [sic] profiled in the documentary Rize.

I'm with on ICP, but there's no way you're gonna get me to knock The Suicide Machines. Back in 95 I used to trek 45 minutes south to Flint to see them play in a packed club where people danced and moshed so hard parts of the floor caved in. They only got better through the 90s and while I outgrew them (didn't they just put a record out this summer?) "Destruction By Definition" still kicks a ton of ass from start to finish.

And Navarro can pull off the rap n roll double identity, well, guy's gotta earn a living somehow. I'm still not buying it, though.
