What's it like in VT right now? snow yet?

We're in the quiet time between foliage and snow. We've had a couple of light snows, but nothing that's stuck and the mountains aren't open yet. I've actually heard this time of year called "tain't season" by some of the old locals. As in, 'tain't nothin' to do around here'.

How long have you lived there? like it?

I've been here most of my life. Seventeen out of twenty-four years, or something close to that.

It's a little discouraging sometimes. Not too convenient most of the time, but absolutely beautiful and inspiring. There have been many times where I've stepped outside and felt I was living a Rockwellian existence.

As was I. My first alcoholic beverage in ages (a "Chocolate Milk" -- 2 fingers Kahlua + 1 finger Hershey's + a "fist" of milk).

Somebody at work told me about rootbeer and baileys. Said it was like a rootbeer float
