i broke out Humanistic this past weekend - then did some searching and found he put out a new album. i really enjoyed Humanistic a ton.

anyone hear the new one? opinions?

if you haven't heard of this - i suggest checking it out.

i like how no one ever responds to my new thread posts.....is it just that no one has heard of them......or you all just hate this band?

I've got them both. While I enjoyed the shit out of Humanistic, I'm not enjoying the new one as much. It seems noisier and colder, if that makes any sense.

The first disc seemed more accessible, to use a hackneyed term. I keep cranking AttT up, but that doesn't help, and I just wind up thinking about something else. Gonna give it more listens, but... :roll:

i had like 5 copies of humanistic because it was first on exstasy records which my ex used to work for, but then i sold them all because i didn't like the album.

I've liked what I've heard off 'Humanistic' but never saw it for sale anywhere.

I actually heard about Abandoned Pools through the show 'Clone High' which is odd since I'm an Eels fanatic.

Humanistic is maybe a little bit better then the new one, but I like em both pretty good.

I just heard "Goodbye Song" and it's pretty rockin' anthemic even.
