And all I'm saying is unless you're a 49er fan or at least in the Bay Area you probably didn't see TO play a fraction of the games I did during that 8 yaers. You're going on Sports Center highlites & a handful of games, I'm going on kickoff to final gun of about 10 games a season for 8 seasons.

The guy F'ed up during that 98 game & was given second chances like he deserved. He sure as hell didn't give McNabb as much slack. What if in 98 the 49ers lost & Steve Young said, "I'm not the one who dropped 4 passes & coughed up a fumble".

If I may interject myself into this pissing contest: While TO most certainly made his share of mistakes, you don't get to have 716 career catches and 101 TD's without being really really fucking good. Sorry that you have sour grapes but TO did the 49ers much more good than bad.

I know I know. But you'll agree with me that no player catches 100% of the catchable balls thrown to him which is basically what started this agruement.
